Project realization: ongoing (started in 2008)
Goal: to heal the company and to introduce organizational changes.
Results: During the first 9 months of the project, the value of the company was doubled, which was confirmed by an external investment. Project realization costs were reduced by around 50% and the financial result was improved. The company has guaranteed projects for the coming years.

Project realization: 2009
Goal: to build from scratch an IT company that offers IT solutions for the Utilities sector.
Results: During the first 9 months of the project, a team was formed and trained. The company, although lacking financial funds, was able at the beginning of its operations to acquire and realize new contracts and to generate sales and positive cash flow.
